Resolve's Gateless Parking platform — also known as Scan-to-Pay (S2P) — turns any surface lot or garage into a smart, ticketless operation with no installed equipment.

Drivers scan a QR code on signage placed throughout the lot — no app required. The mobile flow walks them through plate, payment, and confirmation in seconds.

Operators see active sessions, paid vs. unpaid plates, and revenue in one place. Issue soft penalties, extend in-session, and run reconciliation without leaving the dashboard.

Configure flat rates, hourly pricing, grace periods, event-based pricing, or time-of-day variations — all adjustable remotely.

Resolve's integrated validation portal lets businesses and tenants offer partial or full parking validations to enhance the guest experience.

Returning drivers are recognized via LPR. On entry they receive a text confirming the session start; on exit the session closes and bills automatically.

Valet sessions start directly on attendant handhelds. Guests get a printed ticket or a digital receipt — your call per location.

Operators can enable or disable digital request flows per location, so the front desk and the valet stand stay coordinated.

Valet guests are recognized at gated and Scan-to-Pay locations across the Resolve network — one rail, no re-onboarding.
